Starting in 1983 at the Garage in Nottingham Greame was one of the first DJ’s to play house music in the UK.  Decks and slipmats purchased Graeme played at The Haçienda's Northern House Revue in February 1988 and the rest is history.

 

During the Second Summer Of Love, after Mike Pickering left for a three week holiday Greame was asked to stand in as resident.  On Mikes return, he asked Graeme to join him for the now legendary Nude, leading to one of Clubbings greatest dj’ing partnerships. 

 

In the eight years that followed Graeme took over the Saturday night residency until 1996, indulging his tastes, with the similarly inspired Tom Wainwright, for beautiful House Music. 

During this period Graeme played everywhere with everyone  including Junior Vasquez at New York’s  Sound Factory, Frankie Knuckles, Roger Sanchez, Tony Humphries. Pick a DJ.

 

After the closure of The Haçienda in 1997 Graeme remains one of the most in demand DJ’s in the world , he continues to champion new music and artists both live and on radio currently producing a weekly two hour radio show on stations throughout the UK.

 

We are delighted that that Graeme continues his love affair with the Haçienda and Manchester.
