Hi guys! The site looks fab, Nice job!
Sonshine Ward
We've had much more traffic to the site pre-launch than we imagined and apart from the delightful Sonshine no activity on the forums. We would really like this forum topic to be used for feedback on the site.
What do you like about it, what stinks?
We are at the really early stages of development for the site and whilst we think we know what you want. We could be a mile away.
Please let us know.
The Hacienda remains an organisation dedicated to the pursuit of happiness through music.

good site just finding my way round. Perhaps you should look at doing some memorabilia (or links to sites) of the place and not the usual stuff (ear defenders ect). I managed to track down an original 15th birthday party poster 5ft x 3 1/2ft look's absolutely cool on my wall you cant miss it when you walk in the house and always makes for conversation about the hac. keep up the good work will be at the factory Saturday night should be a good gig.
An amazing way to share the Hacienda experience with those who never got to experience a night within its walls. This site is a gorgeous memorial for those whose memories (or lack thereof...) from their times clubbing there can be shared with the world. It will serve as a reunion location for old friends, and a place for a new generation to be inspired, pick up the torch & spread the fire of DJ / Dance Culture from whence it was born.
The Timeline page is brilliant! Whoever kept track of all of these things really knew this was going to be a special place. Thank you for the historical map of the evolving music scene and The Hacienda's spot in it.
As it evolved from a heavily live music driven venue exposing future acts for the first time, to a dance club with Celebrity DJ's outnumbering live gigs, I would love to see a Timeline of when landmark tracks were dropped for the first time. Some spotter's got to have that list tucked away, or possibly it can be cobbled together via these forums.
New topic!
All the best in this and your future endeavors!
