A handful of people have reported problems when downloading files purchased through the FAC51 shop.

Out of thousands of downloads we have had less than a dozen issues with this, but if you are having any issues with your downloads please do not use the FAC51 forums to report your problem.

Send an email to help@fac51thehacienda.com and your problem will be dealt with.

Try to include the following information:
•Your user name (if you have registered an account)
•Your registered email address (if you have registered an account)
•The product(s) purchased
•The time and date of the purchase
•If you were logged in at the time (if you have registered an account)
•Your operating system and browser version
